Delivery
We offer free standard delivery within Greece. Free delivery within the EU for purchases over €250. For shipping elsewhere, please contact us. Standard delivery is 4-5 working days from when an order is ready to be shipped.
Express delivery can be requested at an additional cost. Click and Collect is available from our Athens and New York shops. For purchases collected in store, personal identification is required.
Please note that purchases shipped outside the EU are net of Greek VAT and are subject to local VAT and/or import tax. The client is responsible for paying any such charges in the manner requested by the shipping company or local customs office.
Deliveries to P.O Boxes are not possible for security reasons.
All deliveries must be signed for by the customer or a designated recipient. Personal identification may be required. Our couriers deliver Monday through Friday.
Returns
We hope you are satisfied with your order, however, if you wish to return an item you must email us within 14 days of receiving it at contact@lalaounis.gr. We will provide you with the necessary information to carry out the return. No returns will be accepted unless you have previously contacted us and have received specific return shipping instructions.
Returns from within Greece are free of charge. Returns from the EU will incur a charge. At this time no Returns can be accepted from outside the EU as they are subject to custom/import charges. For more information please contact us.
Refunds will be carried out in the original method of payment. Items purchased online may not be returned in store. Made-to-order and personalised items cannot be returned.
Refunds (excluding any delivery/shipping charges) will be provided as long as:
– We are notified of your wish to return an item within 14 days of receiving it
– It is returned in its original, saleable condition and original packaging with no visible wear or tear
– The item has been packed securely and appropriately for transit
– You have followed the returns procedure we have advised
– The original receipt is included with the item
If the item and/or packaging does not meet with the above terms upon reception, we have the right to refuse a refund and return the item to you. Reduced refunds can be provided at our discretion, if the returned item and packaging don’t meet the conditions stated above.
If you are returning an item from the EU, you are responsible for the cost of the return. You are also responsible for the item until it reaches us. If the item is lost, stolen or damaged while in transit we will not be able to issue a refund.
Exchanges for items purchased online are not possible. Once your refund has been issued we will be happy to assist you in choosing a different item.
Product Availability
All our jewellery is hand-made in our atelier in Athens, Greece. Creations displayed on our site are made to order. An average of two to four weeks is required for most pieces in order to fulfil an order. Timings specific to each item are available on the product’s description page. If additional time is needed to create a piece, or if an item is available sooner, the client will be notified by phone or email.
