Good Luck Charm 2024 – The Golden Deer

The Deer, a most beloved animal since ancient times has featured throughout the ages in the mythology and folklore of different cultures. A symbol of the rebirth of nature and associated with freedom, strength and grace, this elegant animal was sacred to Goddess Artemis. Our 2024 Good Luck Charm draws its inspiration from Artemis’s beloved Ceryneian Deer, renowned for its golden antlers and bronze hooves.

This year, with our Good Luck Charm we are supporting the work of the Hellenic Society for the Protection of Nature (HPSN). It is the oldest national environmental NGO in Greece, operating continuously since 1951 throughout the country for the conservation and restoration of nature. From its inception, HSPN has been at the forefront of efforts to establish national parks, to protect habitats and threatened species of fauna and flora, to modernise and implement environmental legislation and to inform the public.
